We'll be joining the rest of the world to celebrate the launch of Drupal (www.drupal7releaseparty.org).
The event will be held at eConsultant's offices at the Dome, Northgate (closest parking is by entrance N5). We'll kick off at 5pm this Friday, 7 January 2011. Venue and other details still to be announced, but So keep the 7th of January, 2011 free in your calendar.
Please sign up on this page if you'd like to attend so we can get an idea of numbers.
Besides enjoying some drinks and food, it will be great if we can all learn a bit more about Drupal 7 in the process. We're looking for volunteers to do a brief 15 minute presentation to highlight the changes in D7 for one of the following 3 areas:
- end users
- designers / themers
- developers

Hi all
We can do it at eConsultant offices inside the dome - I have confirmed the "Augusta suite". I am sure everyone who attended last time would agree that its a cool space for a PARTY. On that note I will ensure we have some Champagne and some Snacks. DJ CAz will be making some groovin tunes
I suggest we do it early, sometime between 5 and 8 so no one have to cancel friday night plans. ... We can obviously make it last as long as we like ;)
