NGO is looking for Drupal website developer

We are a NGO and we're urgently looking for a Drupal specialist to develop a web portal of one of our projects. The portal should be up and running until mid Februar 2010. It will have a wide range of functions, such as informing about events and programmes, make press releases available, as well as sound and video files of panel discussions and keynote addresses. At the same time, professionals will be able to register online, pay registration fees and upload their contact data, information about their work and products, and exchange information.
