php and Drupal Developer

Our Organisation is currently looking for a candidate with a solid experience in programming using php, mySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Ajax, etc. You will be responsible for the development, testing and maintenance of websites, intranets and web applications.

Desired Education / Skill set:

·         Must be a team player 

·         Creative and innovative thinker 

·         Good communication/presentation skills 

·         Ability to work well under pressure, especially in maintaining a balanced and logical approach

·         2+ years PHP programming experience essential. 

·         Solid experience in Drupal.

·         Solid experience using web technologies such as AJAX/WEB2, DHTML and CSS.

·         2+ years building web-based applications using php, JavaScript, XML and mySQL database.

·         Ability to maintain, manage and support online applications. 

·         Ability to research, understand and implement new technologies and applications quickly.

Duties include:

·         Work closely with the design and development team on the development of websites, intranets and web applications.

·         Reporting to the department team leader. 

·         Building and implementing ad-hoc applications and databases. 

·         Implement and adhere to policies, procedures and standards for development.

·         Configure, test, implement, maintain and support applications. 

·         Building php/ mySQL based applications (Front and Back end) 

·         Maintenance of core php based / existing applications.
