Drupal training and workshop facilities

Hi All,
We have spacious offices in Fourways that have just become available. We are considering using the offices to host Drupal meet-ups, workshops, and training. We are also considering having a Drupal expert on site who will help with your Drupal project questions.
Is there a need for such facilities?
All feedback will be appreciated.

Hell yes ....

I just joined a company (client side) as a web dude and I am trying really hard to drupalize them but with the challenges (having only worked with drupal for a few months) that I am facing n no real way out, I may have no choice but to give it up n settle for a cms that management will decide (lord have mercy.

So an opportunity like this will only lend to helping developers deliver through and in doing so converting companies.

Hi Grant,

This message just came through at the perfect time.

I'm doing an AJAX-Drupal using JQuery session next Friday (9 July) at 10:00 for 10:30 for about 11 people, and I'm looking for a venue. Anyone else is also welcome to join. The idea is to run through the motions of how, and then everyone trying on their own.

The session shouldn't run for more than an a hour or two max, and if people want to join they should try and bring a laptop.

Would the venue be available? What facilities are available there?

I think this is wonderful news. I would definitely partake in the workshops
and training. It would be great to know there would be help just around the
corner as I live in Randburg.
