Live shipping quotes from FedEx or other

Advice / help greatly appreciated. Has anyone had success with live shipping quotes using Drupal and Ubercart? We are shipping from SA to overseas destinations. We are using Drupal 6-x and Ubercart 2-x. My research shows that the FedEx Shipping Quotes Module does not work for SA.
